Whilst simple in design and manufacture, the FX4T includes the added benefit of being able to tilt forward. This allows, in most cases, the rear door of the vehicle is able to be accessed and opened without removing the bike carrier.

The FX Tilting Bike Carrier Range also has a provision to mount a number plate and works with all towbars.
