Extremely poor quality and even worse customer service.
The Motoquip seat covers do not fit properly at all. The fit is loose and sloppy, and the cheap nylon backing completely covers the rear seat storage/map pockets, making them unusable.
When I raised this, I was told managers don’t speak to customers and was offered a partial refund as if this were a “change of mind” — it’s not. This is a faulty, poorly designed product that doesn’t match what’s shown in their fitting videos.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Motoquip seat covers to anyone.
