This model, product code 18835, is a replica of the iconic car that made its debut at the 1969 Bathurst endurance road race. As part of the newly formed Holden Dealer Team, legendary driver Peter Brock was given the opportunity by manager Harry Firth to race in the elite event. Despite facing fierce competition from faster Falcons, Brock and his co-driver Des West managed to secure a respectable third place finish in their Holden HT Monaro GTS 350. The eventual winners of the race were the Holden Dealer Team's Colin Bond and Tony Roberts, while defending champions Bruce McPhee and Barry Mulholland settled for second place in their Phase 1 Ford Falcon GTHO.
