We dispatch from our Adelaide (Australia) warehouse every business day. Your order will be sent via Australia Post.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once the item has been sent.
We try to keep every product in stock, but occasionally we may need to order the product in for you.  This may result in your delivery being delayed.  
Most custom made items have a lag time of approximately 7-10 work days before dispatch.  These include custom seat covers, floor mats, Protective Plastics and Window Sox.

Shipping To New Zealand
Motoquipe.co.nz is designed for NZ residents, with NZ delivery options and all products in New Zealand dollars (NZD). When shopping for delivery to NZ, we will automatically:
- Only show products and brands available for delivery to NZ
- Display prices and charge you in NZD. The total displayed in your basket will be the price you pay to Motoquipe, however your bank may charge you an international transaction fee for using a credit card
- Display the cost of delivery in your shopping basket.

Please note: Orders are shipped from Australia.  NZ GST is included in all NZ product prices.Delivery to NZ usually takes about 4-6 working days. We are able to deliver to PO Box addresses.

New Zealand Free Shipping
For regular sized parcels (excludes bulky), we do not charge shipping costs to New Zealand customers who place an order of over $75 after discounts.

A flat rate fee of $15 is charged to orders $75 and under.  There is a charge for optional insurance, covering breakages and lost consignments.

Bulky Products
Bulky products such as bonnet protectors, weathershields and side steps require a different shipping
service to get to you. These are charged at a flat rate of $200NZD per bulky parcel, including GST.
Bulky parcels will be insured.

Import Duties

Motoquipe will cover any import duties and government charges into NZ.
 

Shipping Loss and Damage Claims

- Shipping costs for orders under $75 are non refundable.

- Regular orders do not have insurance unless you opt for this at the checkout page. This is ideal for ordering protective plastics, such as weathershields, bonnet guards or headlight protectors for their safety during shipping. Items lost or broken in transit are at your risk unless you take out insurance.

 

Can I pick up goods from the warehouse?
Our warehouse is located in Australia, so unfortunately pickup for NZ customers is not available at present.
