Our phone service staff are highly trained with decades of experience in custom seat covers.  We can go through all the details of your vehicle, the material you desire, and process your custom order over the phone.

What we need to know

1) Make and model of your vehicle eg. Toyota Corolla
2) Month and year of your vehicle eg. March 2015
3) Shape of your vehicle eg. Wagon or sedan
4) Type of material. eg. Black Neoprene with blue stitching
5) Configuration of your seats eg. 40/60 split back, 3 adjustable headrests, full bench base.

What next?

We can process your order over the phone and take a payment via Visa, Mastercard or bank deposit.  Your invoice will be emailed to you with a summary of what you have ordered for you to verify.

How long?

The custom seat covers will then take between 3-21 days depending on which fabric you have chosen.  Once the seat covers are ready, we will ship them out to you free of charge!

What if there is a problem?

The seat covers will be specially made for you, and therefore it is very important that the information you provide us is accurate. It is also important that the details on the invoice are checked thoroughly. If however, all the details are accurate, but the seat covers are still wrong, we will remake them for you and resend them at no cost.
